Dear RNS Parents,

During the month of November, teachers will be talking with children about gratitude, and what it means and feels like to give thanks for the people and things that are important to us.  

Thank you to all the RNS families that participated in the Gratitude Generation (G2), Caring Kiddos service-learning program this past Sunday! The event supported families staying at the Ronald McDonald House and included the preschoolers making cards, packing snack bags, and listening to a story about animals giving back. It was a great hands-on experience for the children- stay tuned for upcoming opportunities and events!

Reminder: There is NO SCHOOL on Tuesday, November 11 in observance of Veteran's Day.

Independent Play! As we enter a very busy season of holiday festivities and family togetherness, finding a balance between activity and down time can be a challenge. Additionally, while parents are attempting to achieve that balance, it is so helpful when children are able to play independently! Don't miss Sue Stolzer's workshop this month which features Nurturing Independent Play!  See below in Parent Ed.

Fall Parent/Teacher Check-Ins are coming up, to be scheduled during the week of November 17th. Please look for communications from your teachers to sign up for a check-in.
